FULLY FUNDED course for Early Years Practitioners and Foundation Stage Teaching Assistants.
The Qualifications and Credit Framework Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce (Early Years Pathway) serves as the required qualification for new practitioners entering the sector and has also been endorsed by the Training and Development Agency (TDA) as the most suitable qualification for Foundation Stage Teaching Assistants.
The Diploma is aimed at members of the early years and school workforce who work directly with children from birth to the end of the foundation stage. The training and assessment will equip practitioners with the specialist knowledge and skills to support children effectively during their early years. Gaining the Diploma may also open up a range of career opportunities for working in different parts of the children and young people's workforce.
This is a new qualification that has been specifically designed to support the development of a single children and young people's workforce. Sharing the same identity, values and language will enable more effective working across children's services and will give practitioners a greater depth of knowledge in their professional work with children.
Although the course is fully funded, registration and certification costs of approximately £120 will apply.
Candidates will be expected to attend a minimum of 15 training sessions, commencing from 27th September at our new training centre in Bodmin.
